Laura Martinez

When she came to us in September 2025, she had 15 different offers with no clear path between them, 600 email subscribers, and a habit of hiding her actual gifts behind safe language because the mystical stuff felt like too much to say out loud. She was posting daily and getting almost nothing back for it. Revenue sat between $2K and $5K a month.

Three stats:

4.3x — Revenue growth through her funnels $7,691 — Generated from $1,655 in ad spend 11 months — Client since September 2025

NOTE: The 4.3x is the loudest thing on the page. Give it the lime accent treatment. The other two stay quieter. On mobile these stack full width.

No screenshot in the hero. The proof comes later and lands harder for having waited.

Overview

Ella is a gifted medical intuitive whose client results were never the problem. Her business was.

She booked a strategy session. She hired us right after it.

Eleven months later she’s still a client, the scope has expanded three times, and revenue through the funnels we run for her has grown 4.3x.

Most case studies show you a single win. This one shows what happens when someone stays.

NOTE: Pull the bolded line out as a full-width statement. Display serif, large, on a solid color band. This is the thesis of the page and it should interrupt the reading.

Phase One: Foundation

The first job was untangling the business.

Strategy and positioning Built “The Ella Method” as her signature framework. Reorganized 15+ scattered offers into a clear 4-tier value ladder from free to $1,297. Moved her positioning from “medical intuitive” to quantum healer who reprograms DNA. Stopped her from softening her actual gifts, and made the Arcturian channeling and Sacred Geometry work the reason people choose her.

Systems and tech Moved her email off MailChimp and built her funnel infrastructure inside Systeme.io. Set up domain verification and email authentication so her sends actually landed. Built automated onboarding and post-session follow-up so she stopped emailing every client by hand.

YouTube buildout Custom thumbnails built for the healing niche. Long-form and short-form video editing. Cohesive channel branding. Titles and descriptions written for search.

NOTE: Three columns on desktop, stacked on mobile. No screenshots here. This is setup, and a visual would compete with the data coming later. If it feels bare, one collage element (a polaroid stack, a film strip) is fine, but no data.

Phase Two: Ongoing Social Media Management

September 2025 to present

She didn’t want a strategy document. She wanted it done.

3 posts per week, every week, for eleven months and counting. Quarterly strategy calls to reset direction as her offers evolve. Monthly analytics reporting so she can see what’s moving. Content built on her pillars: DNA reprogramming, galactic healing, ancestral clearing. Written in her voice, with editing guidelines so nothing published sounds like a marketing team wrote it.

Consistency is the entire point. Eleven months of showing up on schedule is what made her audience warm enough for paid traffic to work later.

VIDEO of her feed + SCREENSHOTS of her analytics

A stack or grid of 6 to 9 of Ella’s real posts. Square crops. This is the one place to lean fully into the collage treatment, overlapping and rotated, like the polaroid clusters on the homepage. No captions on the individual posts.

Phase Three: Funnels and Paid Ads

February 2026 onward

Once the foundation held and the audience was warm, we put money behind it.

Two free live events, each with a full paid path built behind it. We wrote the funnel copy, wrote the keep-warm and sales email sequences, and ran the Meta ads.

CAMPAIGN ONE

Money Gene Activation, February 16 to March 15, 2026

Free live event. $22 tripwire at opt-in, lifetime replay access, 2-Part Money Healing, then Money Miracles on the back end.

SCREENSHOT 1 — ella_-_money_healing_performance.png

Caption: Daily lead flow across 30 days of spend.

This is the best-looking asset in the whole set. The teal line graph reads instantly as steady performance even to someone who has never opened Ads Manager. Crop to the Performance Overview card only, keeping the 581 / $2.32 / $1,345.10 row above the graph. Cut the Meta AI Campaign Diagnosis block entirely.

Mark: circle the 581.

Give this one real size. It’s the most legible screenshot on the page.

The numbers

Ad spend $982 USD
Leads 581
Cost per lead $1.70 USD
Ad traffic that registered 65.8%
Revenue $5,449
Net after ad spend $4,467
ROAS 5.55x

Ad spend billed in CAD, converted to USD at the campaign-window rate. Revenue collected in USD.

NOTE: Build this table in Showit, not as a screenshot. And keep that footnote. The Meta screenshots show $1,345.10 CAD while the table says $982 USD, and without the note a sharp reader thinks something’s been fudged.

Style the ROAS row heavier than the rest.

The $22 offer sitting right after registration paid back 85% of the entire ad spend before the live event happened.

SCREEN RECORDING — ella_-_money_creatives.png

Caption: The winning ad. Six tested across three formats.

Crop to the phone-shaped Facebook ad preview on the right only, the gold Money Gene Activation creative. Do not include the left settings column, it’s full of pixel IDs and nobody wants to read it.

This one is already a phone mockup, so treat it like a polaroid. Rotate, shadow, layer it partially over the color block behind it. Float it right at about 40% width with the copy wrapping left.

No annotation mark on this one. It’s the creative, not a number.

CAMPAIGN TWO

Master Time: Be Here Now, April 23 to May 16, 2026

Same structure, different topic. $22 meditation at opt-in, lifetime access, 2-Part Power of Time Healing, then the full Time Healing Bundle.

SCREENSHOT 3 — ella_-_time_ad_sets.png

Caption: Budget moved to the winning audience within days. $929 to the one that worked, $13 to the one that didn’t.

This is the most important screenshot on the page and it’s the one most people would shrink. Two rows, one at $1.64 per lead and one at $4.45. It’s proof of a decision, not just an outcome, and decisions are what people are actually buying.

Full width. Its own breathing room. Crop to the two ad set rows plus the column headers.

Mark: circle the $1.64 and the $4.45 together, or draw a small arrow from one to the other. This is the one screenshot where two marks are allowed, because the comparison is the point.

The numbers

Ad spend $673 USD
Leads 569
Cost per lead $1.18 USD
Ad traffic that registered 53.5%
Revenue (net of refunds) $2,242
Net after ad spend $1,569
ROAS 3.3x

Leads came in 31% cheaper than the first campaign.

SCREENSHOT 4 — ella_-_time_creatives.png

Caption: The winner on campaign two. Nothing like the winner on campaign one.

Crop to the two ad previews on the right, the Facebook and Instagram versions of the Master Time creative.

Place this as close to Screenshot 2 as the layout allows. Ideally the reader can see both winning ads at once, because the entire point is that they look nothing alike. Same rotation direction, same size, treated as a pair.

What that proves

The talking head ad won campaign one. On campaign two it flopped and static won instead. Same client, same funnel structure, completely different winner.

Every campaign gets fresh testing, and every campaign gets budget moved the second the data is clear. A template would have missed it.

THE REVENUE PROOF

Leads are easy to show. This is the money.

Ad platforms report leads. Leads aren’t revenue. Everything below is from her actual checkout.

SCREENSHOTS — Money Revenue

Caption: The highest-priced offer in the money funnel. $1,674 from 193 page views.

Mark: circle the $$$ in each screenshot

SCREENSHOTS  — Time Revenue

Caption: Time funnel back end. 8% conversion at $122, $9.80 earned per page view.

Mark: circle the 8% in this screenshot

The most expensive offer in each funnel outsold the cheap one.

NOTE: That line goes large, display serif, directly under the pair. It’s the takeaway from both screenshots at once.

SCREENSHOT 7 — Money Gene Healing Upgrade

Caption: 15 people saw this upsell. Two bought.

Mark: circle the $17.73.

Crop to the one row so it reads as a single clean fact. Small and inline, almost treated like a pull quote that happens to have a number in it. This is the highest earnings-per-view figure in either funnel and it deserves its own moment.

THE COMBINED RESULT

$1,655 — Total ad spend $7,691 — Revenue generated $6,036 — Net profit 4.65x — Blended ROAS

Every dollar of ad spend came back as $4.65.

NOTE: Second-biggest moment on the page after the hero. Full-width color band, heavy vertical padding, nothing competing. No screenshots here, the receipts are already above.

On mobile, 2×2 grid rather than a single column so it keeps its punch.

WHERE SHE IS NOW

The first version of this page listed projections. Here’s what actually happened.

We projected 3x email list growth. She started with 600 subscribers. Two ad campaigns brought in nearly 1,200 registrations across 47 days of spend.

We projected a path to her first $10K month. Revenue through the funnels we built and run has grown 4.3x.

First full quarter (Q4 2025) Most recent quarter (Q2 2026)
Revenue $3,462 $14,798
Monthly average $1,145 $4,950
Buyers 17 48
Transactions 22 102

We projected reduced dependence on boosted posts. She now runs structured paid campaigns with tracked revenue attached, instead of guessing at boosts.

Something we didn’t project. She launched a recurring membership in June 2026. Twelve people are on it. That’s revenue that shows up whether or not she runs a live event that month, and it only became possible because she had a warm audience and working systems to sell it to.

And the part that says the most. 45% of her customers have purchased more than once. Her top individual client has spent over $2,300. That’s what a real value ladder does.

NOTE: Style each projection line smaller and quieter, with the actual result underneath it larger and heavier. The size contrast is doing the work.

Highlight the Q2 2026 column in the table so the growth reads at a glance.

WHAT MADE THIS WORK

She let us build in the right order. Positioning and systems first. Consistent content second. Paid traffic last. Most people want to run ads on day one and wonder why the money disappears. Ella waited until there was something for the traffic to land on.

We amplified her weird instead of sanding it down. Every instinct in marketing says make the mystical stuff more palatable. We did the opposite. The Arcturian channeling and the DNA activation work became the whole reason people say “I need to work with her.”

The free events had somewhere to go. Both campaigns had four paid offers waiting behind a free registration, with email sequences built to carry people up the ladder. That’s why the back end drove 80% and 86% of revenue.

She stayed. Eleven months of consistent posting is what made the paid traffic cheap. The audience was already warm when we started spending. There’s no shortcut for that part.

WHAT ELLA SAID

“Thank you so much, Laura. I loved today’s talk. I feel so inspired… I’m just really grateful that I found you and lately, especially the last six months, anyone that I need to work with, it’s like all of a sudden it’s all booked and it’s like, oh my god, how did that happen? And that kind of happened with you.”

“I want to do the one month content… how am I going to grow if my content isn’t there. So, let’s just continue.”

[Laura to get a fresh quote about the ad campaigns specifically.]

CTA

Interested in results like these?

Ella didn’t get here from one project. She got here because the strategy, the content, and the ads were built by the same team, in the right order, over eleven months.

If you’re a healer or a conscious entrepreneur with real gifts and a business that isn’t holding them, that’s the work we do.

TEMPLATE RULES FOR FUTURE PORTFOLIO PAGES

  1. Hero is always three stats. One gets the accent, two more muted.
  2. Screenshots only appear in results sections. Never in strategy or setup.
  3. Every screenshot gets a plain-language caption.
  4. Every data screenshot gets exactly one annotation mark, on the number the caption is about.
  5. Tables are built in Showit. Screenshots are receipts. Never screenshot a table we could just build.
  6. One rotation direction and one screenshot width per page.
  7. Blur account IDs, pixel IDs, and customer emails every single time.
  8. The combined-results band is the visual signature. Same treatment on every page.
  9. CTA is always one button.
  10. Max nine screenshots.
