I built this business during some of the hardest years of my life.
That's exactly why it works.
Divorce. Single parenthood.
I didn't have the option of waiting for perfect conditions.
A cross-country move I didn't plan for.
And a business that needed to keep running through all of it.
That experience changed how I think about business. And it's the foundation of everything I do for my clients now.
Before long, I was hiring a team, niching into strategic marketing, and building something way bigger than what I'd originally imagined.
How a makeup account changed everything
Before any of this, I was a teacher in San Diego.
Underpaid. Under-appreciated. Sitting in traffic for 90 minutes each way, every single day, wondering if this was really it.
I knew I needed something different. So I started a makeup account on social media — just a hobby, just for fun.
It took off. Fast.
I got certified, started booking clients for weddings and events, and realized something that changed the entire direction of my life: I could turn a passion into real income with the right online strategy.
Then the DMs started coming in. And they didn't stop.
Every day, someone new asking how I grew so fast. How I got brands to send me free product. How I turned an Instagram account into income.
I remember sitting at my classroom desk one afternoon between periods, reading another DM from another woman asking me to teach her — and realizing I'd built a real business by accident. Something people wanted in on. Something I was actually good at.
I knew right then I wasn't going back to teaching.
I launched a virtual assistant business, thinking I'd just manage social media for a few people. But I fell in love with the strategy behind it. The backend, the systems, the part of business that nobody talks about, but everything depends on.
My credential is a business that didn't break when my life did. That's the one I trust.
I got through that year because I'd built a business that could carry me when I
couldn't carry it. People call that strength. I call it structure. And it's what I
teach my clients now.
That's what happened.
Then life did what life does.
In 2024, everything I'd been building got stress-tested in the most personal way possible.
A divorce I didn't see coming. Single parenthood with a one-year-old who didn't understand why mami kept crying. A cross-country move from Virginia to Miami with no plan and no real timeline. Just figure it out.
I packed my whole life into boxes. Set up shop at my mom's dining room table, with my grandma offering me cafecito every two hours and my son climbing into my lap during client calls.
Not a single client noticed a disruption. Not one deliverable was late. My revenue didn't dip.
The systems I'd built didn't need me to be okay for them to work. They just worked.
The woman whose mom is asking when she's coming up for dinner while she's mid-launch.
The woman who's sick this week, traveling next week, and parenting through both.
I've never met her and neither have you.
The entrepreneur with a quiet office, a clean schedule, and a partner who handles the rest of life so she can focus is not a real person.
I build for the woman with a three-year-old pulling at her leg during a client call.
The woman rebuilding after a hard chapter. Divorce, loss, recovery, transition.
A business that only works when life is calm is just a hobby with stress.
So I build systems that hold on your worst days. They run without you sitting on top of them, and they keep going through the kind of year you can't post about.

What I built is different.
Imperfect conditions are the only conditions that exist.
A business that only works when life is calm is just a hobby with stress.
That's what Edge & Co builds.
I'm the person who builds the part that's missing.
Most of my clients come to me with a VERYYY successful business.
But they're stuck, because every single part of their business still runs through them. Content, sales, delivery, backend, all of it. And no amount of "posting more" or "hustling harder" is going to move that ceiling.
What moves the ceiling is the strategy and systems between their expertise and their revenue. Support that actually holds up.
TM
For some clients, my team handles it all
Content, marketing, lead generation, operations. Done-for-you, with real strategy driving every decision.
For others, I coach them through building it themselves. The pricing, the sales process, the content strategy, the systems that let them step back and still grow.
Either way, you leave with a business that doesn't collapse the second you take a day off.
Different industries. Different stages. Same gap. Once you build the system between expertise and revenue, the ceiling stops being a ceiling.
Ella came to me with 15 scattered offers and a tech stack held together by duct tape.
We built her a clean 4-tier value ladder ($0–$1,297), migrated her off a broken email platform, and handed her a 90-day roadmap she could actually follow.
Anna was at $4,500/month with packages priced like apologies.
Six sessions in, she was confidently quoting $600, $850, and $1,200 tiers and closing them. No more "my area can't afford this."
Randa ran a masterclass with great engagement and zero conversions.
We rescued the launch, rewrote the sales page, and got her three signups before doors closed.
Paid Ads Strategist
Vanessa
Takes what's already working organically and puts real money behind it. Ad strategy and campaign management so your best content doesn't just perform — it scales. The kind of strategist who can look at a $500/month ad budget and tell you exactly where every dollar is going to land.
Virtual Assistant + Admin
Brianna
Email scheduling, cross-platform promotion, Notion organization, admin follow-through. Brianna handles the 47 small things that would eat your entire afternoon if she didn't get to them first. The kind of organized that makes you wonder how she's tracking everything (she has a system, obviously).
LinkedIn Specialist
Angelica
Lead Generation Specialist
Mariah
Conversations that convert, without you living in your DMs. Mariah builds relationships, tracks your pipeline, and gets qualified prospects on your calendar. She's the reason you stop saying "I need more leads" and start saying "I need to block off my calendar." When she's not filling your pipeline, she's probably deep in a book with a cup of tea, debating which superhero would make the best business strategist.
Builds your authority on the platform where decision-makers actually spend their time. Strategy and execution so you're attracting leads on LinkedIn without adding another platform to your to-do list. Brings the kind of no-nonsense Latina energy that makes your content impossible to scroll past.
Virtual Assistant + Admin
Brianna
Social Media + Content
Kate
The final set of eyes before anything goes live. Edits, text overlays, posting at the right times. Kate is the reason your content goes out polished while you're at the playground, on a flight, or asleep — and she'll catch a typo from a thousand miles away before it ever sees daylight.

Meet the Team
I preach building a business that doesn't depend entirely on you. So I built one.
This isn't a one woman show, and that's the whole point
Behind every client engagement is a team of women who care about your business like it's their own, because in a lot of ways, it is. We are strategic partners who think ahead, so you stay ahead.
The reason nothing falls through the cracks — and the person who will calmly fix something before you even knew it was broken. Client communication, team coordination, backend execution. If it needs to get done, Amanda already handled
Takes your strategy and turns it into visuals that actually stop the scroll. Content planning, Canva assets, social scheduling. The reason your feed looks like it has its life together even when yours doesn't.
